Chronos Materia is an RPG for the PlayStation Vita from Atelier series developer Gust. The story is centered around a group of children who who find themselves in a mysterious world void of human civilization. We’ve already introduced the heroes of the game, but now we have info on another main character.

Licorice is a cheerful and positive girl who dislikes being sad. On the surface, she seems utterly optimistic, but deep down, she’s a harsh realist. She tends to meddle in other people’s business and can see through their facades.

Like the Atelier series, Chronos Materia allows the player to hunt for ingredients and synthesize items. Along with items, you can create homunculi to perform jobs such as collecting ingredients, exploring dungeons, or synthesizing more items. Homunculi come in eight different classes with different character designs. Just like the main characters, they can fight enemies and level up.
