We recently reported that Fantasy Life shipped around 300,000 units according to Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino. Things are about to get livelier in the world of Fantasy Life, as a release date for their upcoming large content update has been revealed.
According to the latest issue of Famtisu, the major content update that will bring online play, a new level cap and many new quests, which is said to greatly enhance the lifestyle of Fantasy Life, will be coming out on July 25th.
Level 5 will also be releasing a new, fully-packaged version of the game with the new update included, called Fantasy Life: Link for 4,980 yen ($50), while the downloadable version of the update will cost 2,000 yen ($20) on the Nintendo eShop.
While there hasn’t been a formal announcement for Fantasy Life in North America or Europe, the game has recently had a trademark filed for both regions.
