Both PlayStation 2 titles are set in the 1920s Japan and Atlus did an excellent job localizing these games even going as far to implement ’20s slang. Instead of the Press Turn system, the Devil Summoner games for PS2 have an action oriented combat system where Raidou can slash at monsters his a sword while two demon allies smack enemy demons. Demon negotiation, a familiar element from the core Shin Megami Tensei games, was added to the second Devil Summoner title.

These games will have a suggested retail price of $29.99 and sorry the Raiho plushie bundled with Devil Summoner 2 won’t be reprinted for the re-release. Look for these soon!
