The new and original story takes place in a parallel universe, where the 14 riders of Bandai Namco’s Kamen Rider: Battride War have lost their memories. It is unknown as to why they’ve gathered and what caused them to lose their memories.
The enemies in the PlayStation 3 game are powerful villains who’ve been defeated by the 14 Riders in the past. They are back for revenge in Kamen Rider: Battride War and have made it their goal to defeat the Riders. The heroes of Kamen Rider: Battride War will unite forces in order to defeat their past enemies, once again, in this all-star Kamen Rider club against evil.
Fights will take place on huge fields. Riders can use motorcycles to cover ground faster or roll over enemies.
Chronicle Mode is the game’s main feature, where you’ll be clearing missions in the original story of Kamen Rider: Battride War. By advancing through the story, the riders will recollect their memories and abilities while solving the mysteries behind the parallel universe.
Missions are split up into several chapters. By completing all the missions, you can unlock the next chapter of the story.
After selecting the mission, you’ll be prompted to pick the Rider for the fight, followed by their abilities and special attacks. Depending on each mission, there will be certain Riders to pick from, you can also collect figures throughout your play and use their abilities to power each Rider.
The action starts right after you select a Rider. Other Riders can join in on the fight as an ally in special events. In order to clear the mission, you must defeat all the enemies.
Once you clear a mission, you’ll see a result screen showing your total points and EXP gained. By leveling up, the Riders will regain their lost abilities along with their memories.
Kamen Rider: Battride War will be coming out on May 23rd for PlayStation 3.
