Capcom recently ran a stream of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, with series producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto, providing commentary and insight in the background. The stream clocks in at about 45 minutes in length and includes interesting bits of trivia, such as how the voices for Jaggis were recorded. You can watch it below:

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will be released on March 19th in North America and March 22nd in Europe for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.
