Tenky, known for their work on Time Hollow, are working on a PSP title based on the Horizon in the Middle Of Nowhere light novel and anime.
The game story will be partially based on the anime and will also include its own original scenario, boasting over 80 characters making an appearance.
Players will select their characters to form a team to send on missions. The characters will learn skills as they level up. With over 500 active and passive skills available, players can make their own unique characters to send to the battle field.
The characters will also have a class system known as “Styles”. There are a total of 11 Styles, from Knights and White Mages to Jesters and Alchemists. Each Style has their own unique skill and costumes.
Equipment upgrading will also play a crucial role in advancing through the battles. Materials such as Spheres and Protons can be added to your gear, in order to increase stats and add elemental attributes.
With over 1,200 different missions to choose from, there will be a lot for players to accomplish in Horizon in the Middle Of Nowhere. The party will consist of three members and a helper for a total of four participating characters at a time. Players will also be able to customize their own party lineup and use them accordingly for each mission.
The missions are divided into two types. The battle type, which are played in a turn based system, using skills and special abilities. The second is a different kind of fight known as the negotiation type, where characters with higher negotiation skills can win the battle.
Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere will be released on March 28th, 2013.
