Chances of seeing Another Code R here just went up! Nintendo confirms at least Europe will get Ashley’s new adventure in English this year. In addition to that Europe will also see Endless Ocean 2 in stores.
I would like to say that if Europe gets a game we’re going to, but after Disaster: Day of Crisis and Freshly-Picked Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland there are no guarantees. However, those titles have swearing and sexual content, respectively, that Nintendo of America might find “damaging” to their family friendly image. This puts Another Code R in another category, one that makes it a more likely for a release here.
If Nintendo of America passes on Another Code R their first party Wii line up is going to look rather empty. Punch Out and Wii Sports Resort won’t come out until the “1st Half” of this year and Sin and Punishment 2 is in the distant future.
Meanwhile, here is what Nintendo has planned for Japan…
