Fate/Extra CCC was supposed to come out in spring 2012 and it looked like Marvelous AQL finally settled on February 21, 2013 as the game’s release date.

7-Eleven (yeah, the convenience store) says the PSP game has been pushed back to March 28, 2013. The Fate/Extra CCC info has been removed, but Japanese blogs captured the page before it was pulled.
Fate/Extra CCC was first announced in 2011. If accurate, this will be the fourth delay for the game. After Fate/Extra CCC missed the spring release window, the game was rescheduled for winter 2012 and then February 21, 2013.
