The game’s speed is pretty amazing considering its a Famciom title. Naxat Soft created Summer Carnival ’92 Recca for a shooter championship in Japan and only sold a few copies. Prices for cartridges cost an arm and a leg, but Nintendo has a much more affordable digital version for Nintendo 3DS.
Summer Carnival ’92 Recca popped up on the Nintendo eShop in Japan. Instead of costing around 20,000 yen ($243) you can get a Virtual Console copy for just 500 yen ($6). Nintendo plans on re-releasing Summer Carnival ’92 Recca and Mega Man 6 as Virtual Console downloads in Japan.
