Deadly Premonition director, Hidetaka “SWERY” Suehiro, has updated his blog with more information on the upcoming Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut for PlayStation 3.
Suehiro says that Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut will feature over 100 improvements. Some of these we reported yesterday—updated HD visuals, updated controls, new story content, and post-game DLC.
In addition to these, Suehiro says, PlayStation Move support has been included as well and he hints at the possibility of 3D support, too.
“In any case, we tried to create this Director’s Cut in such a way that the appearance of the game world would be maintained, while also being accessible to newcomers and old fans,” Suehiro writes.
“I’ve been especially picky about pouring the thoughts and feelings I’ve experienced since the release of the original into this game in such a way that it really makes you feel that 2 years have passed since then. I’ll leave it up to you to decide whether I succeeded or failed.”
