The game also has a high level of customization. Not only can you customize your own home to a great extent, as reported more recently, you can also create your own exhibits at the museum.

The official Animal Crossing Twitter account reveals that you can do a few things with fossils that you dig up. You can have them analyzed at the museum, and then either donate them to the museum or sell them at the store. Additionally, you can also collect dinosaur fossils and turn them into miniatures.

In addition to fossils, you can also dig up crystals. The screenshot above is of an emerald having been discovered.

Animal Crossing will be released on November 8th in Japan. North America will get the game in 2013.
