Have a PlayStation Vita? Have a Japan region PlayStation Network account? Then you can grab an eBook reader app from Japan’s PlayStation Store.

This app connects users to a massive library of 3,300 eBooks available for purchase. The eBook shop is loaded with manga like Fate/Stay Night, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Naruto, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (color version), and One Piece (color version). The touch screen manga reader looks pretty slick too.

If you get the app before January 10, 2013 you’ll get a 300 yen credit on the Reader store, which may not be enough to even get one manga volume. One Piece (color version) is 473 yen and Fate/stay Night is 567 yen. Since Sony is about to shut down the PSP Comic Store with re-downloads ending on January 2013 it’s unclear if we’ll see the eBook reader app overseas.
