Yaukza 5’s Five Playable Characters And Five Locations

Sega is working on Yakuza 5, which is said to be the biggest installment to date. Kazuma Kiryu returns as a playable character and he’s currently working as a taxicab driver in Fukuoka. Taiga (now with a shaved head) is in jail and Shun is living the high life.

For the first time players will be able to control Haruka, the girl Kazuma has been taking care of in previous Yakuza games. She’s going to Osaka to pursue a dream of becoming an idol, but her agency may have "other" plans for her. Tatsuo is a brand new character who has been banned from baseball for gambling. He’s being hunted down by loan sharks. One of the key themes in Yakuza 5 is "dreams."
