The new feature, which Tecmo Koei call "precision aiming," can be turned on by tapping the screen. Players can then aim Ryu’s bow by moving Vita around and tap where they want to shoot.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus also has Hero difficulty mode for beginners, which makes Ryu auto guard and gives him unlimited use of ninpo. Mission mode from Ninja Gaiden Sigma returns with more variation. If a mission has five stages, levels will get progressively harder and clear conditions will change when you play the mission again.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus is a PlayStation Vita launch title in North America slated for release on February 22.
