Nicalis are bringing another game to the Nintendo eShop. In August, they announced that Night Sky, formerly meant to be released on WiiWare, had turned into an eShop game for the 3DS. Today, they revealed their second eShop title: VVVVVV.

VVVVVV is a retro-style gravity-manipulation platformer designed by Terry Cavanagh, and was released on PC in late 2010. Nicalis have signed a publishing agreement with Cavanagh to bring a stereoscopic 3D version of the game to the eShop.

In the way of new features, Nicalis say the 3DS version of VVVVVV will feature new levels and future content updates via download as well. A release date and price for the game haven’t been announced yet.
