Ys IV Is Being Remade For PlayStation Vita

Falcom’s first PlayStation Vita game will be a remake of Ys IV, titled Ys: Woodland of Celceta. The game will reportedly use Ys VII’s party system.

We’ll report further details as they become available. In the meantime, note that we don’t know precisely which version of Ys IV is being remade. Two versions of Ys IV exist; both games have the same basic story, but are unique in other ways. The first is Ys IV: Mask of the Sun. The other is Ys IV: The Dawn of Ys, developed by Hudson.
