We knew Wild West Guns was in development at Gameloft thanks to an ESRB rating and the obvious guess was the correct one. Wild West Guns is a light gun game for WiiWare. A maximum of four people can play a cel-shaded take on Mad Dog McCree for the price of 1,000 Wii Points ($10). While it appears Gameloft developed Wild West Guns with Wii Zapper in mind, a screenshot shows you need to shake others off with waggle.
Japan gets it on July 22nd and it’s a good reason for me to dust off my Wii Zapper. After an influx of light gun games last holiday season publishers seem to have forgotten the plastic shell. Nintendo doesn't announce WiiWare games in advance, but Wild West Guns is clearly getting an international release.
