The rumor we posted about Trusty Bell: Chopin no Yume coming out on September 18 was on the mark, except the game will be known as Trusty Bell: Chopin no Yume Reprise when it comes out in Japan. In addition to playing with Crescendo and Serenade, Namco Bandai is giving the entire game an overhaul. New event scenes will flesh out the story and you can watch them while wearing alternate costumes. Yeah?
There is also a new quest involving Polka and Fugue with new characters. The biggest change is Trusty Bell: Chopin no Yume Reprise will have multiple endings opposed to the single ending in the Xbox 360 version. Namco Bandai is adding a chunk of content in the PlayStation 3 version, a fair solution considering the price of the game. Trusty Bell: Chopin no Yume Reprise runs for 7,329 yen ($69). Used copies of Eternal Sonata for the Xbox 360 cost way less than that in Japan.
