You may remember at the NIS America press event additional downloadable content was announced for Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice. The first upgrade, which gave players access to ten playable gentleman was free. Starting June 27, Nippon Ichi will release one extra content pack per month until January 2009. The list isn’t very specific with dates, but here is the skeleton schedule:
June 2008 – A bonus pack includes in an extra character.
Summer / Fall – A new ranking system will be available.
Winter 2008 – New scenarios will be ready.
Unfortunately, these packs will not be free, but they aren’t expensive either. Nippon Ichi is charging 100 yen per pack when they go live in Japan. NIS America has not announced a schedule or pricing for any downloadable content to date.
Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice is scheduled to come out in North America in August.
