Super Mario RPG on Japan’s Virtual Console in June

This article is over 16 years old and may contain outdated information

Just because WiiWare is stealing headlines, the Virtual Console isn’t dead. Nintendo still has buckets of classics to release and Super Mario RPG is one of them. Japan will see the Squaresoft and Nintendo collaboration on the Virtual Console sometime in July with premium pricing. Super Mario RPG commands a price tag of 900 Wii Points ($9) instead of the usual 800 Wii Points ($8).
