No Bomberman on the Wii until the fall

Even though I did an interview with Hudson about Bomberman Wii/WiiWare among other things, hearing Bomberman got pushed back from June until the fall is news to me. Hero of Legend sent in a tip (thanks!!) pointing back to Hudson’s official page, which explains both versions of Bomberman were quietly delayed in Japan. Instead of coming out in June both versions are scheduled to come out sometime in the fall. The delay will not have an effect on other WiiWare games from Hudson like Tetris and Alien Crush. These titles are scheduled to come out on July and August respectively in Japan.

Hudson USA has yet to announce if we will see either version in North America, but it’s Bomberman, one of Hudson's bread and butter franchises. You can count on it.
