Gachitora’s Teacher Helps His Students By Punching Paparazzi And Playing A Shmup

In Gachitora: The Roughneck Teacher in High School you play as the thug turned teacher Torao Kaji. He isn’t afraid of showing his students tough love by stripping their souls by summoning a golden tiger. So, playing a shooter should be a piece of cake and that’s what it takes to help one of his students.

Spike developed "Star Challenger" a horizontal shooter as one of Gachitora’s mini-games. You need to get the high score to help a certain student, but what kind of trouble could they be in?

While you ponder that question think about this scenario. You have to escort a married mother to a love hotel. Along the way she will ask you questions, which you respond to by pressing the face buttons to select an answer.

To help one of his students overcome her shyness, Kaji takes out a camera and posts a streaming video of the girl on the Internet. Similar to Nico Nico, comments scroll by and you have to delete the mean ones by pressing the corresponding button.

Another mini-game has Kaji pummel the paparazzi. You have to input button sequences to dodge obstacles and catch the offender.

Gachitora and all of these wacky mini-games come out for PSP on April 21 in Japan.
