Touhou LostWord Gets Cover Song by Vtuber Mint Fantome

Good Smile Company announced that a collaboration with independent Vtuber Mint Fantome is now live in Touhou LostWord, with players able to hear and get a cover song performed by her. There is also a contest running to promote the crossover with an autograph shikishi from her, and she played the game during a stream.

The cover song Vtuber Mint Fantome performed for Touhou LostWord is “Phantom Pain.” This is an original track created for the mobile game. That was originally performed by KOTOKO and ZYTOKINE. We all get the song for free just for logging into the game. Once someone has it, they can also set it as the home screen song that plays whenever you load up the title.

Here is Mint singing the Touhou song:

And here is the original version of it by KOTOKO and ZYTOKINE.

The autograph giveaway is also tied to playing the game, getting the song, and setting it as your home screen music. If you do that, then follow the official account and share a screenshot proving you did it, you’ll be entered into the giveaway.

There’s an official video letter from her talking about the track, and she noted she chose it. She also expressed her affection for KOTOKO as a singer in the message.
