Kadoya has revealed a new lineup of leather-based ikackets and bags inspired by Takeshi Hongo and Kotaro Minami, the people behind the Showa-era Masked Rider series icons Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider Black. The company has also opened pre-orders for the items on its website. It also supports worldwide shipping via DHL Express.
The leather collection will consist of jackets, belts, and shoulder bags. Each item will have two different versions based on Kamen Rider 1 and Black, but their prices will be the same. The jacket will come at ¥99,000 / $725. Meanwhile, the bag will be priced at ¥38,500 / $285. The belt will round up the list at ¥22,000 / $165. In addition, the jacket will be available in multiple sizes from M to 3L.
Kadoya has also published a new trailer showcasing the Masked Rider leather item collection on its YouTube channel:
The Kamen Rider series is still going strong in 2024. Toei started airing the 35th mainline show Kamen Rider Gavv on Japanese television in September 2024. Meanwhile, Bandai Namco launched a new mobile game themed after the franchise with the title Ride Kamens in May 2024.
The Masked Rider leather item collection featuring Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider Black will be available worldwide in late October 2025.
