The first wave of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet avatars and accessories focus on characters from the DLC. Aside from Carmine and Kieran, you can also get Pokemon like Ogerpon, Black Rayquaza, and Terapagos. Some of the backgrounds and frames are a little less obviously from Pokemon. For example, you can get a frame that looks similar to the Terastalize phenomenon or a background that looks like one of the ground murals in the Paldea region.

We will have to wait until next Monday to see what other avatars Nintendo Switch Online users will be able to get. So far, we don’t know if we’ll be able to see characters or Pokemon from previous generations. As the latest Pokemon game, it’s of little surprise that the first wave focuses on Scarlet and Violet. Not only that, but it is the best-selling Pokemon game within its native country of Japan, beating out Red and Green for the first time in 28 years.

The latest mainline entry in the Pokemon franchise, Scarlet and Violet, is readily available on the Nintendo Switch.
