Evolving the Dragon Water Whip unlocks Grant Danasty from Castlevania III, whose starting weapon is the Curved Knife. Luckily, you don’t need to evolve the weapon in Ode to Castlevania to unlock Grant.

In Vampire Survivors, the Dragon Water Whip evolves into Hydrostormer Tip when combined with Attractorb. Once the Dragon Water Whip has reached its maximum level, treasure chests have a high chance of evolving the weapon.

Hydrostormer Tip is an improved version of the Dragon Water Whip that spawns a massive wave of rain every third hit. It scales with Projectile Speed and Duration.

How to get the Dragon Water Whip in Vampire Survivors

The Dragon Water Whip is Trevor Belmont’s starting weapon, who’s unlocked by defeating the Giant Medusa Head as Leon. Surviving as Trevor for ten minutes unlocks the Dragon Water Whip for all survivors.

How to get an Attractorb

Attractorb is a passive item that any VS player likely has unlocked already. However, if you’ve somehow missed it, you can unlock the Attractorb by finding a Vacuum (blue orb) stage item on regular Vampire Survivors stages.

The easiest way to get a guaranteed Attractorb at the start of a stage is to use Arcana VIII – Mad Groove on Dairy Plant, Moongolow, Boss Rash, Mt. Moonspell, Abyss Foscari, or Ode to Castlevania. This will pull an Attractorb (or Arma Dio) directly to you at the very beginning of a run.
