How do I get the “Your New World” ending in Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut?
You will now face the shifting mound. Here are the initial dialogue options you should choose.
- (Explore) I’m the Long Quiet. But I don’t know what that means.
- What happens now?
- (Explore) There’s so many stories we’ve left unfinished. Can we really just leave?
- (Explore) Don’t you have a say in all of this? Why is this all falling on me?
- (Explore) Let’s talk this through. I still have questions and I need answers before I can make a choice.
A mini-cutscene should commence, where the Shifting Mound will instigate a fight with you, where she will push her agenda. During this section, you will want to pick the dialogue options highlighted in red, as this represents the hostile dialogue options you have unlocked by doing the routes up above that will unlock the new ending.
- Even when you cut the signal to my body, I cleanly executed you. And when I was confronted with your spirit, I hurled you down a bottomless pit.
- Even when you became a shadow of a god, one good shot was all it took to bring you crashing down.
- Fear or not, I drove that blade into your heart, and I remained while you were taken away.
- I did rise far above you. And I am far above you still. I will destroy you now as I destroyed you then.
- I sunk my blade in your heart because I didn’t need you. I still don’t need you.
- Destroy her
You will then be sent to the empty void alone. However, you can now break the construct, which shatters the space, and a new world emerges which is free from life and death. You should now earn the “Your New World” achievement.
