As expected from a new update, When the Night Knocks will bring with it a new addition to the story. However, as brought up in the preview and announcement, there will be more to it than that. After the 1.4 release date arrives, Wuthering Waves will also get a Somnium Labyrinth event, five-star Camellya Resonator banner, five-star Red Spring sword weapon banner, Phantom: Inferno Rider Echo, and Forking Path Among the Stars Companion Story. Some of the other events coming include a Gifts of Fleeting Dreams login campaign, Depths of Illusive Realm Phantasm Amass, Beyond the Waves Exploration Event, Tactical Simulacra II Combat Event, Ragunna Sales Blitz Pioneer Association Event, and Pincer Maneuver Warriors Combat Event.

Here’s the official trailer for the update:

As for Lumi, you’ll need to wait to see her in Wuthering Waves. She’s part of phase 2 of 1.4. She’s only a four-star unit, so she’ll be a part of the returning Yinlin rerun banner in the second half.

Wuthering Waves is available on PCs and mobile devices, and the release date for 1.4 is November 14, 2024. A PS5 version is in development.
