How do I defeat the Medusa Head and unlock Trevor Belmont in Vampire Survivors: Ode to Castlevania

To unlock Trevor Belmont in Vampire Survivors, you need to defeat the Giant Medusa Head in the Ode to Castlevania stage while playing as Leon. If you haven’t done so yet, open Leon’s Coffin near the castle entrance, exit the run, then enter the stage as Leon.

Follow the Castle’s linear path eastward, eventually reaching a hallway filled with Castlevania-themed portraits shortly after beating the first boss. Stand on top of the large red sigil atop the rug at the end of the hallway to summon Giant Medusa Head. A certainly accurate name, to say the least.

Giant Medusa Head isn’t particularly difficult and has no unique mechanics. I killed her around four minutes into my run with maximum power ups.

Once Giant Medusa Head has been slain, you can continue your run or safely exit and purchase Trevor with gold in the Character Selection menu.
