Cyan Gear Confirmed for FFVII Ever Crisis FFVI Crossover

Square Enix teased another detail about the upcoming FFVI crossover in FFVII Ever Crisis, confirming Cyan will be a part of it. When it arrives on October 30, 2024, that gear will be available for The First Soldier version of Angeal.

This won’t be equipment you’ll need to try and get via the gacha. Instead, the FFVII Ever Crisis Cyan equipment for Angeal will be one you can earn during the FFVI event. Square Enix confirmed Cyan’s Blade will be an event reward weapon for him, while Cyan’s Attire will be a Panel Missions bonus. 

Here’s the official design for the FFVI Cyan’s Attire in FFVII Ever Crisis. Because of Angeal’s pose, we can’t see how Cyan’s Blade looks:

This means there will be five confirmed pieces of gear based on FFVI costumes. Aerith can dress as Terra, Cloud can look like Locke, Sephiroth’s costume looks like Edgar’s, and Tifa gets Sabin gear.

There is also one more screenshot to see before that event starts. Square Enix confirmed Kefka Palazzo will be the event boss for the event and showed Aerith about to fight him in front of a frozen Esper.

Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is available for the PC and mobile devices, and the Final Fantasy VI crossover starts on October 30, 2024.
