Ver Vermillion of Nijisanji EN to Go on Indefinite Hiatus

The official Nijisanji X (formerly known as Twitter) account announced that Ver Vermillion of Nijisanji EN will go on an indefinite hiatus from October 27, 2024. It’s unknown when he’ll be back, but he will still be active through social media and collaborations.

According to the announcement, Ver take a hiatus from his Nijisanji EN streaming duties so that he can focus on his studies and health. His final stream before the break will be on October 26, 2024. It’ll be at 10 PM JST. So it’ll be at 6:00 AM PST/9:00 AM EST. During this time, he will release another lore video, as well as reveal his second outfit. Ver also left a message for his viewers, assuring them that he’ll be back soon and thanking them for all of their support.

Ver Vermillion debuted as part of XSOLEIL in 2022. His generation mates include Doppio Dropscythe, Hex Haywire, and Meloco Kyoran. As of the time of writing, he has over 217,000 subscribers on YouTube. Aside from posting Let’s Play videos and songs, he’s hosted study streams and posted ASMR roleplay videos.

Ver Vermillion going on hiatus from Nijisanji EN coincides with another departure, though this one is a permanent one. On October 24, 2024, Anycolor announced that Victoria Brightshield would be leaving the company and her last stream will be on November 9, 2024. Neither the announcement nor Victoria went into a lot of details about it. However, Victoria said on her stream that it wasn’t an easy decision and that she hasn’t felt like she was the “best version” of herself lately.

Ver Vermillion will be on an indefinite hiatus and his final stream will be on October 27, 2024.
