The Fastest Dungeons in Nahantu in Diablo 4

Completing dungeons in Nahantu in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred is one of many ways to farm for new gear, level your characters up, and collect rare drops like runes and Undercity tributes. It’s also a requirement to advance the “Deeds of a Champion” post-campaign quest, which unlocks end-game features. With so much more to explore locked behind this quest, you might want to complete those dungeons as fast as possible, or maybe you’re just looking to run through the fastest dungeons for gear and rare item drops. Here’s a quick guide on the Fastest Dungeons in Nahantu in Diablo 4.

The layouts of dungeons are randomly selected upon entering one. However, there’s a good amount of consistency in the layout sets each dungeon can have. Throw in static bosses with unique movesets, and the length of these seemingly random dungeons can be measured! It’s no coincidence then that some of the fastest dungeons all share the same layout rotation.

All three of these dungeons share a layout rotation that more often than not results in a small zone with lots of open space. This is a stark contrast to most other dungeons, where the winding paths and interconnected tunnels can make it easy to get lost in. Adhere to the golden rule of going north, and battle your way to the boss- or avoid engaging all the enemies! None of the bosses in these dungeons will give you any trouble- they’ll all go down quickly and without any fancy animations to pause the action. Each of these has been circled on the map below.

Hallowed Stones

A handful of dungeons in Vessel of Hatred require you to scout through two separate zones to complete them. Typically, these dungeons are a bit longer than the others, and the zones are connected via a teleporter. You’ll need to defeat enemies in the surrounding area to interact with it uninterrupted. While Hallowed Stones is a dungeon with two zones, the combined length of those zones can be much shorter than some dungeons with just one! As is the trend with faster dungeons, the boss in the Hallowed Stones isn’t difficult to defeat. This dungeon is circled on the map below. Your nearest waypoint should be the Kurast Bazaar.

Iron Cenotaph

Normally, dungeons with thin corridors tend to be mazelike, with plenty of twists and turns to explore. Iron Cenotaph breaks away from this tradition. Its possible layouts feature lots of narrow space without many of the detours and dead ends you’d expect, and it’s significantly smaller than other dungeons sharing a similar aesthetic. Don’t let the long stretch at the end fool you; this dungeon’s a breeze as long as you can defeat or avoid enemies efficiently. Be careful of the boss’ AoE traps, just in case! Naturally, your specific class and build is going to greatly affect how fast you can clear a dungeon. For the best results, however, it helps to know which dungeons offer the path of least resistance. Clearing dungeons is a great way to raise rapport with the Mercenaries new to Vessel of Hatred. Make sure you hire them, and make sure you’re using the Best Diablo 4 Mercenary Companion Combinations as well! You’re bound to come across runes and tributes during your dungeon runs.
