Despite only being around for a couple of weeks, Concord will be going offline indefinitely and delisted. There is no guarantee the PS5 and PC online title will return in the future, at least in its current state. In the meantime, find out how to get your PS5 and PC refund for Concord since you won’t be able to play it anymore.
How do I get a refund for Concord on the PS5 and PC?
Here’s how the whole refund process will work. For players on PS5, you don’t have to do much at all. The PlayStation Store or online storefront, depending on which you purchased from, will automatically start processing your refund now. It will go back to your original form of payment, such as a card or PlayStation Store Wallet.
However, if you are on Steam or Epic Games Store, you may have to wait a little longer. Refunds are starting to process now, but you won’t obtain your refund until the respective PC store emails you about it. As for physical third-party retailers, players will need to contact that retailer and refer to their refund policy to obtain a refund.
When will Concord be delisted and go offline?
In the meantime while players wait for the full game refund of Concord on PS5 or PC, they can still, technically, play the game for a bit. The servers will fully go offline on September 6, 2024. If you are reading this around the announcement, you still have a couple of days to play.
It is worth noting you will automatically lose access to Concord once you get a refund as well. It is currently uncertain whether or not this game will ever return. If it does, players may have to wait months, if not years, for its potential comeback.
Concord was originally released for PS5 and PC on August 23, 2024. It will be taken offline indefinitely on September 6, 2024.
