Urahara Steps Away From the Shop to Fight in Bleach Rebirth of Souls

It’s a Monday, which means Bandai Namco shared a new character trailer for the latest Bleach game. This time, we get to see what gameplay for Kisuke Urahara, owner of the Urahara Shop, looks like in Bleach Rebirth of Souls

The video begins by introducing Urahara and Zanpakuto Benihime. Rather than beginning with normal attacks he uses, Bandai Namco kicked off the trailer with a “distinctive technique.” He has a Special Flash Attack that acts like Byakurai Kido that Rukia and Byakuya use in the series. From there, it moves on to the typical Spiritual Pressure Move showcase we’ve come to expect from these trailers. One is Kamisori Benihime, that attacks ahead of Urahara, and it also can cancel projectiles. Are You Prepared changes his state, making him move more quickly than usual. For his Awakening, he says his typical, “Scream, Benihime,” then uses his Bankai

Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame to improve Flash Step and Reverse Action opportunities with Shikai: Benihime.

Here are the other Bleach Rebirth of Souls trailers that appeared before the one for Kisuke Urahara.

Renji Aburai is also confirmed, but doesn’t have his own trailer yet.

Bleach Rebirth of Souls is in development for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. The Bleach anime, including Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, is streaming on Disney+ and Hulu. Viz Media handles the manga.
