Hololive VTuber Group ReGLOSS Stars in New Manga

A manga series based on VTuber group ReGLOSS has started in Flower Comics. The title of the manga is ReGLOSS: Bad And Good Daily Lives, and you can read the first chapter for free on Flower Comics.

ReGLOSS is the first and only generation of VTubers under Hololive DEV_IS. This is the second Japanese branch of hololive and it focuses on group projects and activities. Like the VTubers in the main hololive branches, though, their personal channels feature their solo streams and content. The members of ReGLOSS are:

• Hiodoshi Ao
• Ichijou Ririka
• Juufuutei Raden
• Otonose Kanade
• Todoroki Hajime

As of the time of writing, all five of them are active. This collaboration manga focuses on the group’s daily lives, showing what’s behind the dances and songs they perform for the world. As a note, you can also read the ReGLOSS manga in Sho-Comi.

Since VTuber characters have their own unique backgrounds and some streamers take on the avatar’s personality, they can sometimes appear as “fictional” characters in alternate universe works. Cover has, for example, released the Magical Girl holoWitches project, which reimagines hololive personalities as magical girls in a parallel world.
