This crossover will see five pairings between Sanrio mascots and characters from the manga and anime series originally known in Japan as Keroro Gunso. It will be part of the celebrations for the double anniversary of the latter franchise—the 1999 manga is having its 25th anniversary, while the 2004 anime is on the 20th anniversary year.

The primary pairing will tag the eponymous sergeant with the fellow frog mascot Keroppi. Cinnamoroll, who is arguably the most popular Sanrio character after updating his win streak to five consecutive years following the 2024 ranking contest, will also appear with Tamama.

The full list of pairings in this crossover will be as follows:

  • Sgt. Frog (a.k.a. Keroro) with Keroppi
  • Tamama with Cinnamoroll
  • Giroro with Kuromi
  • Kululu with Pompompurin
  • Dororo with Hangyooon

The items will be available at the following outlets and times:

  • Tokyo Station First Avenue Character Street and Online Plaza web store – July 19, 2024, until August 1, 2024
  • Munyugurumi Patio EC web store – July 22, 2024, until stocks run out
