The song was made in collaboration with Skrillex, and the visualizer features art from Tetsuya Nomura, director and creator of the series. Utada is also set to begin a world tour in July, 2024, in support of their new album Science Fiction. The tour also has a spread of merchandise associated with it, including several t-shirts, mugs, hats, towels, and key-chains.

Earlier in June 2024, it was announced that almost all of the Kingdom Hearts games would arrive on Steam on June 13, 2024, as a part of a series of three collections. Square Enix also recently announced a line of Kingdom Hearts stationary merchandise, including notebooks and memos emblazoned with images from the series.

“Face My Fears” by Hikaru Utada and Skrillex is available via platforms like Amazon Music, Apple Music, Itunes, Deezer, and Spotify. Kingdom Hearts III is available on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the Epic Games Store and, soon, Steam.
