Bill Rizer, one of the most famous Contra heroes, is one of the easiest Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC characters to unlock. As such, he also makes it easy to get a certain weapon permanently unlocked too.
How do I unlock Bill Rizer in the Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC?
Bill Rizer is the easiest character unlock in the Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC. All you need to do is head to the northeast corner of the Neo Galuga map. There’s a question mark there, signifying a character in a coffin. Bill is that character.
I highlighted his location in the screenshot below, to help you out.
Once you reach the coffin, you can immediately touch it to unlock Bill on the Character Selection screen in Vampire Survivors. There’s no additional horde of enemies to face or challenge to undertake. Just head to the characters screen once your run is done. Spend 470 coins, and you have access to him.
Bill comes equipped with the Long Gun. If you survive in a level for 15 minutes with him, you permanently unlock the Long Gun as a possible level-up upgrade weapon.
