Aventurine is an Imaginary element character who walks the path of Preservation, meaning his focus is on protecting and sustaining your team with stackable shields provided by his Skill. Like March 7th, however, Aventurine has an offensive side to his kit. When he (or an ally he has shielded) is attacked, he gains stacks of Blind Bet. These are then consumed to perform a follow-up attack that can hit multiple enemies.

His major traces and signature Light Cone were also detailed, with his traces providing bonuses to his talent allowing him to gain Crit Rate based on his Defense stat, gain Blind Bet when allies perform follow-up attacks, and start battles with some of his shields already in place. His Light Cone “Inherently Unjust Destiny” increases the bearer’s defense by a good amount and boosts critical damage when they provide shields to allies. Additionally, follow-up attacks by a character with this light cone can inflict an enemy with an effect increasing damage taken.

As part of Honkai: Star Rail‘s first anniversary celebration, a video featuring the character March 7th will be appearing at several train stations in Japan’s Tokyo and Saitama prefectures. The game’s development team also recently commented on the origin of recurring character “The Lordly Trashcan“.

Aventurine is set to become available in Honkai: Star Rail on April 17, 2024. The game itself is readily available on the PS5, PC, and mobile devices.
