How to Get Berengaria Back in Unicorn Overlord

One of the early Unicorn Overlord Drakenhold characters you recruit is Berengaria. However, she also ends up leaving the Liberation Army much like Scarlett does in Cornia. Fortunately, you do get Berengaria back, though it could take a little bit of time.

How do I get Berengaria back in Unicorn Overlord?

Editor’s Note: There will be Unicorn Overlord Drakenhold region spoilers below.

Basically, the appearances and disappearances of Berengaria are tied to Drakenhold Main Quests. You first recruit her in “The General in Black,” which is named for her, shortly after arriving in the region and meeting up with Virginia and Leah. She is a Dark Marquess that arrives equipped with an Iron Axe and Iron Greatshield.

Berengaria will then leave the army as the result of Baltro’s interference in “Another Prince.” She will leave the Liberation Army at the end of the fight, so it won’t mess up any of your formations.

From there, you basically need to finish the Drakenhold region questline to get Berengaria back in Unicorn Overlord. She rejoins at the end of the mission “Heir to the Dragonlands.” She appears as the boss for this battle, and all you need to do is defeat her to win the fight, see the scripted story segment when she’s brought back, and get her on your side again.

Unicorn Overlord is available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X
