Square Enix shared new details about the Summon as well as the Battle Simulator in FFVII Rebirth. Players can find intel and strengthen new Summon Materia thanks to Summon Shrines and can obtain them by fighting in the Battle Simulator.
Players can find Summon Shrines by following the light created by breaking Guidance Stones. Inside these shrines, there are crystals holding knowledge about Summons. After successfully analyzing the crystals, players can use them to strengthen Summon Materia and weaken the summons that can be challenged in the Battle Simulator.
Chadley and the Battle Simulator return to FFVII Rebirth. By completing requests requiring eliminating enemies and progressing Chadley’s monster analysis, VR battles against powerful Summon can be unlocked in FFVII Rebirth. Once defeated, Cloud and the party can obtain powerful new and returning Summon Materia.
In other related news, Square Enix recently shared new information about the Forest and Sea Chocobo that will appear in the upcoming FFVII Rebirth.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will come out for PS5 on February 29, 2024. A demo is now available, and a Junon segment will be added with an update on February 21, 2024. The update will also add fixes to the performance mode. FFVII Remake is immediately available for the PS4, PS5, and PC.
