Persona 3 Reload has plenty of bosses and foes for players to tackle in the massive Tartarus dungeon, such as the Isolated Castle. This particular Tartarus boss is one of the toughest you’ll find in the middle of the dungeon due to its strong attacks and surprising immunities.
Persona 3 Reload Isolated Castle Boss Weaknesses and Attacks
Players will find Isolated Castle as a major Tartarus boss on floor 143. It is one of the most challenging fights in the game up until this point due to its lack of weaknesses. Unfortunately, Isolated Castle doesn’t have a single weakness at all. There is no form of magic or melee attack you can use to defeat it easily.
However, it gets worse when you deal with its immunities. It is immune to all magical elements, such as fire, electric, wind, and so on. This effectively restricts your attacks to only strike, slash, and pierce moves. As you might expect, this means Isolated Castle often uses all forms of elemental magic, which you need to watch out for. It can often earn an extra turn due to hitting one of your team’s weaknesses.
Recommended Party Members and Personas
Unfortunately, there aren’t too many great options for who to bring along for this Isolated Castle fight since it can exploit the weakness of almost every party member in Persona 3 Reload. That said, the two musts I recommend for this fight are Aigis and Shinjiro, if possible. The fourth member can be whoever you want. When it comes to the Persona you should use, try to pick one that has resistance to at least one element and no weaknesses, if possible.
My favorite Persona for this fight is Yamata-no-Orochi. This is because it is immune to both electric and ice attacks. Plus, it has no weaknesses to the other magical elements. You can fuse this Persona together using ones like Berith and Fortuna. You must be level 25 to fuse it, which you should be at this point in time.
Persona 3 Reload is available right now for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
