Capcom showcased the Warfarer vocation in Dragon’s Dogma 2 with a new trailer during the January 2024 State of Play broadcast. The Warfarer is a class exclusive to the Arisen that can use every weapon and learn different skills from each vocation.
The Warfarer is a jack of all trades and will have lower base stats than the rest of the vocations. The lowered stats will require players to use the vocation’s weapon and skill versatility to their advantage to keep up with other specialized vocations.
In addition, the new trailer showed the Dragonsplague, a contagious condition that affects pawns as they travel between worlds. Instead of weakening pawns, Dragonsplage will enhance their performance and make them become bolder in their behavior.
Vocational maisters are one of the new features that will be included in Dragon’s Dogma 2. Players can encounter vocation maisters in the game who have fully mastered their vocation. By deepening their relationship with the maisters, players will unlock their vocations or grant special benefits.
