How do I add more soil farming plots in Palia?

You will need to purchase extra farming plots, labeled as soil, from Badruu, and not from the cash register at his farm by Leafhopper Hills. Coincidentally, he does hang out there most of the day, and he even sleeps in the barn if you’re looking to talk to him after hours. Keep in mind that Badruu does wander around a fair amount, but he never leaves the Kilima map and can easily be identified by his wide-brimmed straw hat.

Players can purchase more than a handful of soil farming plots, with each price increase going up by 500 Gold. So the first extra plot you can purchase will be 500 Gold, with the second costing 1,000 Gold, and it continues to go up in increments.

Farming is a great way to earn money, and it is generally self-sustaining. So if you’re interesting in a more passive way of engaging with the game and making some gold, farming is the solution. This is doubly so once you obtain the seed maker, which is done by leveling up farming and unlocking the recipe from Badruu.

Palia is available for the Nintendo Switch and PC.
