The flagship Roses and Muskets event will give a new Claymore, and feature characters from Inazuma in Fontaine. Chiori, a fashion designer from Inazuma, will have prominent focus in this event. There will be multiple mini-games that you can play, including a sharpshooter one where you shoot down enemies. Other upcoming events include Arataki Blazing Armor Beetle Battle Boot Camp and Dance of Resolute Will. Returning events include Lost Riches (with Seelies that you can get and bring with you underwater) and Marvelous Merchandise.

Fontaine characters and customization options for Genius Invokation will appear in Version 4.3 of Genshin Impact as well. There will be six new character cards, as well as five new monster cards. The monster cards will be ones like Azhdaha and Signora, which means that they’re likely the Weekly Bosses in the game.

There will be two new Artifact Sets to farm for in Genshin Impact Version 4.3. The new update will also include QoL changes. You can auto-lock Artifacts depending on set prerequisites, as well as search for them easier in your menu. The game will also streamline the leveling-up process, removing pop-up windows. When you restart a Domain, the game will put you right in front of the start destination. HoYoVerse plans on implementing more optimizations in the future.

Here’s the Genshin Impact 4.3 trailer, which highlights some of the new characters and storylines coming to the game.

Genshin Impact is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. The 4.3 Genshin Impact release date is December 20, 2023. Navia and Chevreuse will debut in this patch, with Ayaka, Raiden Shogun, and Yoimiya re-running.
