Square Enix announced the details for the first FFXIV Moogle Treasure Trove of 2024, which features new ways to get Irregular Tomestones. This time, in addition to the Standard Objectives Duties, there are Weekly Objectives, Minimog Challenges, and Ultimog Challenge starting on January 30, 2024.

When someone hops into FFXIV during the event, they can see The First Hunt and The Second Hunt segments in the Mogpendium. This lets someone sort by Standard Objectives, Weekly Objective, Minimog Challenges, and Ultimog Challenge categories. It also notes how many Irregular Tomestones someone has.

In the Duty Finder, the Duties you can earn items from for Standard Objectives have a Moogle icon next to them. Every Tuesday during the course of the event, one Standard Objective will be made a player’s Weekly Objective to complete.

The new Gold Saucer GATEs and ocean fishing activities to earn Irregular Tomestones will be in the Minimog Challenges section. There will be two to choose from starting each Tuesday, and you can only do one of them each week. Finally, there will be one Ultimog Challenge during the event to complete.

As for the Irregular Tomestones, people can trade the ones from the new Moogle Treasure Trove event until FFXIV patch 7.1. The three Moogles will be at Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (X:9.4, Y:11.6), New Gridania (X:12.4, Y:12.1), and Ul’dah, Steps of Nald (X:9.6, Y:9.1).
