Even more Death Stranding merchandise has been revealed ahead of the game’s launch. J.F. Rey has revealed a Death Stranding glasses collection, with five pairs based on different characters from the game. They start at €180 (~$198). (Thanks, Resetera!)
Five J.F. Rey Death Stranding glasses models were announced on the official website. Sam only has one design, a pair of €195 (~$215) sunglasses based on the ones he wears in the game. Cliff actually has two designs, the aforementioned €180 optical or sun lenses Cliff model or the €280 (~$308) Cliff Skull sunglasses. €220 (~$242) optical or sun lenses Deadman and €280 optical or sun lenses Heartman glasses round out the luxury collection.
Unlike Death Stranding, which won’t be available until November 2019, these glasses are already in stock. People can already make purchases, with free shipping available.
This isn’t the only Death Stranding merchandise to be announced and/or released ahead of the game’s launch. Nendoroids of Sam and Cliff are on the way. A Figma has been revealed. Kojima Productions’ store is selling hats, pins, shirts, socks, stickers, and a $325 necklace. There will even be a Ludens Frame Arms Girl released in 2020.
Death Stranding will come to the PlayStation 4 on November 8, 2019.
