People who have had trouble saving up enough gems for some full Sync Scouts in Pokemon Masters will want to log into the app soon. As an apology for in-game bugs, DeNA has sent out a gift of 6,000 gems out to all active players. People have until October 12, 2019 to claim them.

Since launch, there have been a number of Pokemon Masters bugs. Sometimes, after explorations, you could be returned to the hub for no reason. Allies weren’t using Sync Moves if you set battles to auto from time to time. Some of these had been fixed, like Boss Hints, connection issues, and shop purchase problems. So, this award is compensation.

It also means people have enough for two x10 Sync Pair Scouts. Normally, one costs 3,000 gems. Three banners are available now. Two, the Blue Spotlight Scout and Olivia Spotlight Scout, allow you to use 3,000 gems of any kind. However, the Launch Celebration Scout that guarantees you one five-star only allows you to use paid gems and is not applicable with this deal. (Normally, 3,200 gems costs $28.99 and 6,400 gems costs $54.99.)

Pokemon Masters is available for Android and Apple iOS devices.
