Atlus released a new trailer for Persona 5 Royal with an introduction for Yusuke Kitagawa. In the video we get to see scenes of Yusuke on and off the battlefield, including a combination move with Ann Takamaki.
At the start of the trailer we see Yusuke hanging out with the protagonist and Ryuji Sakamoto. Here’s a little interaction:
Ryuji: Find something, Yusuke?
Yusuke: An hourglass, it measures three minutes.
Ryuji: … Why?
Yusuke: Because Futaba likes cup yakisoba.
Lastly, there’s a bit of some Yusuke lore at the end where he’s shown speaking to the protagonist at an art exhibit:
Yusuke: My mother’s painting was finally evaluated.
Yusuke: It’ll be exhibited all week long, and I wanted to see it with you.
Yusuke: … I’m a happy person.
