Another Professor Layton game may be getting a worldwide release soon. The official Twitter account for the series has posted an image of a Molentary Railway Express ticket, accompanied by the message, “Sometimes the closer you are to the truth, the harder it is to see.” That is the name of the train whose ticket was found as a clue when investigating the disappearance of the Elysian Box in Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box.

This could have to do with a worldwide release of Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box EXHD. Level-5 previously confirmed on Twitter that it would be attending Anime Expo 2019 for the first and hinted at game announcements. The image there showed Professor Layton’s shadow.

Back in November 2018, Level-5 revealed it would bring an HD version of Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box to Android and Apple iOS devices. It appeared in Japan in December 5, 2019.

Previously, Professor Layton and the Curious Village EXHD received a worldwide debut as Professor Layton and the Curious Village HD. It happened in September 2018, following a June 2018 release in Japan.

Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box is immediately available on the Nintendo DS worldwide and on Android and Apple iOS devices in Japan as Professor Layton and the DIabolical Box EXHD.
